Consider being a Foster Home. Shelters are euthanizing at high rates and rescue organizations are overcapacity. Consider fostering the animal in efforts towards finding it a forever home. Rescues are more inclined to help when a reliable foster is in place!

Concerned about keeping your foster with resident pets? Set up a crate in a separate space in your home. Use baby gates to restrict certain areas. Animals will be safer AND healthier in a home on a restricted rotation with your resident pets, rather than locked in a county kennel for 10+ days at a time without relief. Your home is their best shot at surviving!
